ormesby started this match on the front foot pushing wiggington back after waves of attacks wiggington of york only beaten once in 2 years and the defending champions of the north riding cup had no answer to the attacks and soon went 1.0 down after a great move down the wing tuckey smashed the ball into the bottom corner 1.0 ormesby had many more chances to add but couldnt make the pressure count h/t 1.0 after the break wiggington came out with all guns blazing and soon were level after a long range shot skidded just in front of the keeper hit a divet and went in more pressure followed but ormesby soaked it up until a corner for wiggington went straight in off the post 1.2 ormesby got back into stride and went close on a couple of times james gooding had a brilliant run and shot just go over the bar in the final mins f/t 1.2 ormesby ran there legs off and we couldnt of asked for more from the lads today great team spirit working hard for each other on to league duty now play like this week in week out and we wont be far away |
